The Harmony Hill Road Covered Bridge in Pennsylvaniat is located at the intersection of Harmony Hill Road and Route 322. Built in 1872, it is 78 feet long and 14 feet wide. Nope, not going through there with an Airstream but glad we got to see it.

We had just left the KOA in Chester, Pennsylvania. This was night #3 as "newbies" in our Airstream. Making our way to the Pennsylvannia Turnpike enroute to I-81 south, the roads were challenging to say the least -- narrow, hilly, and rough -- presenting us with lots of opportunities to refine and develop driving skills while towing a big trailer.

At the Pennsylvania Turnpike entrance, we could not for the life of us find the turnpike ticket that you are suppose to pick up at the manless ticket booth. So to avoid an excessive fine of exiting the turnpike in about 80 miles without a ticket, we pulled over to the side and I risked life and limb to run across 8 lanes of traffic to beg forgiveness of a yet to be found ticket agent. Extremely long story short, I survived all the dodging, angry traffic triumphantly with a ticket in hand and all was well.

Highlight of the day was definitely the beautiful covered bridge.
